Who we are

Corsica Labs is a software studio based in Utah. We build consumer apps and tools for everyday use. Questions about these terms can be sent through the Corsica Labs contact form.

Using our software

Our apps and software are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. Specific products may have additional requirements — such as a platform account or subscription — which will be disclosed within each product.

You agree not to:

• Use our software for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any of our apps
• Use our software in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Circumvent any security or access controls in our software

Your data

Any data you create using our software belongs to you. Each product's privacy policy describes where that data is stored and how it is handled. Corsica Labs does not sell your data or use it for advertising.

For products that store data through third-party platforms (such as iCloud), you are responsible for managing your account, storage, and sharing settings in accordance with that platform's terms.

Intellectual property

All Corsica Labs apps and software — including their design, code, and branding — are owned by Corsica Labs. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use each product on your devices for personal use.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that any product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Your use of our software is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corsica Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our software — including loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
